The 7th district of Paris is one of the 20 districts (administrative districts) of the capital city of France. Situated on
the left bank of the River Seine, it contains a number of French national institutions, among them the French National Assembly and numerous government ministries. The 7th district is also a major tourist destination, being home to the Eiffel Tower and the Hôtel des Invalides, which is Napoléon's resting place.
